Please read carefully our business conditions:

• Add 19% VAT to all prices - commission is already included.
  
  
• The charge for changes or cancelation is 15 Euro/room - payable directly to "Zimmer und mehr".
  
  
• Bookings for hotels:
  
  • Bookings are only possible in category "B"
  • Prices include breakfast
  • Daily cleaning is included
  • Add 19% VAT


• Bookings for private rooms: Sheets will be changed every fourth day, towels every second day, cleaning of the rooms will be done every second day. Daily change of sheets / towels for additional 10 € / day.
  
  
• Apartments with long term bookings (one month and more) include the following services:
  
  • Apartments are completely furnished and include all side costs.
  • After leaving, there will be an additional fee for cleaning between 105 Euro and 128 Euro.


• Cancellation later than 30 days before planned arrival, requires full payment, if the rooms cannot be let otherwise.
